Science has documented that both being in nature and mindfulness practices such as yoga and meditation are good for your health. Experience these benefits yourself by joining us for yoga in a beautiful studio with stunning views of Mānoa Valley, followed by a mindfulness based guided hike through Lyon Arboretum. Class meets on the third Saturday of each month. Class size is limited, so sign up early. Previous yoga experience is not necessary.

The last in a series of Hawai‘i performances by the American Wild Ensemble, premiering new works by University of Hawai‘i composers Takuma Itoh and Michael-Thomas Foumai, professor emeritus Byron Yasui, and Hawai‘i-born composer Tonia Ko.
